The project consists of modern welding technology leading to the introduction of innovative Road Safety Technology systems to the market through the purchase of a welding robot.
The project leads to the implementation of 4 product innovations of national and international/world-wide scope.
The project leads to the implementation of a process innovation, due to the new welding technology that will be implemented as a result of the investment.
In addition, the project will implement an organizational innovation. Confirmation of the scale of innovation is provided by the market analysis presented in the Bzines Plan.
The implementation of the investment will lead to an increase in the company’s competitiveness in the domestic and international markets, which is confirmed by the market analysis included in the Business Plan and in the Letters of Intent from potential buyers of the new product group, attached as Appendix 6.6.
The implementation of the project relates to the implementation of a nationally and internationally innovative technology for the manufacture of innovative Road Traffic Safety Technology systems, which are used, among other things, in road construction as safety elements.
Accordingly, the project is complementary to a number of investments, implemented under the ZIT-SOM Strategy, aimed at improving traffic accessibility in the SOM.
The project leads to cooperation in terms of cooperation with economic partners from SOM and outside SOM (West Pomeranian Voivodeship).
The project will significantly contribute to the realization of Strategic Objective 2 of the ZIT SOM Strategy and significantly contribute to the achievement of the target value of the ZIT Strategy result indicator: “Number of innovations introduced”, which is described in section A.9.2 of the application.
Detailed material and financial schedule – section G of the application. Product indicators – section E.1 of the application. The project is stationary and is implemented in the SOM.

1.5 Business investment to support the development of regional specialties and smart specialties
2014 – 2020
The implementation of the project involves the implementation of the production of the innovative Temporary Safety Barrier T1/W1 as a system of Traffic Safety Technology, which is an innovative system of Traffic Safety Technology on a regional, national and international scale.
The solutions currently available on the market offer a maximum restraint level of T1/W2 (WN ? 0.8 m).
The use of a temporary safety barrier with parameters of T1/W1 (WN ? 0.6 m) would allow, in the event of a collision, to reduce the displacement of the barrier to the opposite lane by 0.2 m.
On an expressway, with such high speeds and such a high and ever-increasing volume of traffic, an additional 20 cm can make the difference between a tragic accident or not.
Confirmation is provided by the market analysis in the Business Plan and the opinions of potential buyers regarding the innovativeness of the product, attached as part of Annex 6.6.
The project is related to the implementation of:
a) product innovation – on a regional, national and international scale
b) process innovation – on a national scale, concerning production technology
c) non-technological innovation – at the enterprise level, of an organizational nature.

1.1 Enterprise research and development projects
2014 – 2020
The implementation of the project consists in conducting research and development work by the applicant, leading to the implementation of the T1/W1 Temporary Safety Barrier in business, which is an innovative system of Traffic Safety Technology on a regional, national and international scale.
The solutions currently available on the market offer a maximum containment level of T1/W2 (WN <= 0.8 m).
The use of a temporary safety barrier with T1/W1 parameters (WN<=? 0.6 m) would, in the event of a collision, reduce the displacement of the barrier to the opposite lane by 0.2 m.
On an expressway, with such high speeds and such a high and ever-increasing volume of traffic, an additional 20 cm can decide whether or not an accident is tragic.
Confirmation of the aforementioned thesis is provided by the market analysis presented in the Research Agenda and the product innovation opinions attached as part of Appendix 6.6.
Implementation of the project requires carrying out the tasks, detailed in section G.1.1 of the application and SW:
In addition, the project plans to incur indirect costs on a flat-rate basis.
The applicant has the necessary research and technical potential to carry out the project in the applicant’s part (Task 2).
The project includes experimental development work from level VII of technological readiness.
