GP Sp. z o.o. was established in 1975 in Szczecin.
From 1975 until 2022, it was headed by President Karol II U. Goscinski. Since 2022, the company is managed by his son, Filip Karol Goscinski.
The company has been an operating company in the Nissen Germany group since 2004.
We manufacture road engineering equipment – road safety and traffic organization.
Our product range is made of steel, including stainless steel, and aluminum, as well as HDPE and PP – using blow molding technology.
We manufacture articles for the road, automotive and railroad industries.

Our construction office implements projects according to the latest standards, which guarantees safe and innovative constructions, which is supported by numerous certificates and patents – national and European.
We cooperate with both domestic and American universities.
In cooperation with the West Pomeranian University of Technology in Szczecin, we have developed a 6-meter T1-W1 Moveable Road Barrier for Traffic Separation (GP-500/240).
Meanwhile, in cooperation with Auburn University, we have developed a road device for TMA crash cushioning up to 100km/h, certified at the Dynamic Test Center in Switzerland and patented.

In 1914, the company’s founder Adolf Nissen began developing ignition systems for automobiles and registered patents in several countries for this purpose. In the mid-1950s, Nissen Elektrobau GmbH entered the traffic management industry.
